Version 1.0, in effect from 2026-01-01.

This is version 1.0 of the terms. It was superseded by version 1.1, which sets out the seat and maintenance clauses in plainer language and adds the section on what a refund does and does not do.

It stays readable because acceptance is recorded against a version number, and a record pointing at text that no longer exists is not a record of anything.
