Delivery Policy

Version 1.0, in effect from 2026-09-03.

Everything sold on this site is software, delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically: there is no courier, no tracking number, no shipping charge, and no delivery address to enter. This page exists so that "shipping" has a documented answer rather than a missing one.

What is delivered

Licence key

A signed text key, shown in your portal and emailed to the verified address on the account. You paste it into your application; the engine verifies it locally.

Download

The package your licence names becomes downloadable from the portal, for the builds your maintenance term covers.

Invoice

Issued to the portal and emailed when the order is paid.

When it arrives

Card, UPI, net banking or wallet (Razorpay), or PayPal

As soon as the provider confirms the payment -- normally within a few minutes of paying. The confirmation page shows the key.

Bank transfer

Within one working day of the funds arriving in our account. The order stays visible in your portal as awaiting payment until then.

Purchase order

On acceptance of the order, before payment, on the terms shown at checkout.

Where it goes

To the account that placed the order. The email address on it must be verified before checkout, because the key is sent there; the portal lists every key and every download regardless of whether the email arrived.

If it has not arrived

Check the portal first: if the order shows as paid, the key is already on the licences page and the email is the only thing missing. If the order still shows as awaiting payment more than an hour after a card or PayPal payment, open a ticket with the order number, or email us from the address on the account. A paid order that has not been delivered is treated as urgent.

International customers

Delivery is the same everywhere. Because nothing crosses a border physically there are no customs formalities, duties or import charges, and no country is excluded from delivery.

Versions

Acceptance is recorded against a version number, so every version stays readable at its own address for as long as the record does.
