A support ticket
Defects, integration questions, a key that does not verify, a download that fails. Needs an account, because the answer is attached to your licence.
A quote or a purchase order
Several packages, many seats, a security questionnaire, invoicing against a PO. No account needed.
A bug report
Known issues are public, with their status. Check whether yours is already there before filing it twice.
A refund or a billing question
The refund policy states the window and the timeline. Ask from the portal with the order number, or by email from the address on the account.

Support tickets get a reply and a resolution by email within 1–2 working days on a support plan — the plans are on the support page.

Delivery is electronic

Nothing is shipped. A licence key and a download are issued to your account as soon as payment is confirmed — the delivery policy has the timelines.

Security and procurement
