Purpose. Get/set whether "visible" (top-down, GDI-style) coordinates are in effect — the boolean-flag counterpart of the richer pdfSetPageCoords/pdfGetPageCoords mode selector (Page Lifecycle and Geometry) and the gfRealTopDownCoords/gfRestorePageCoords TGStateFlags bits (Line Style, Opacity, and Graphics-State Flags); this chapter did not independently re-verify whether this flag and pdfSetPageCoords's mode value are two views onto the same underlying state or two genuinely separate fields — treat them as related but distinct until confirmed, and prefer one mechanism consistently within a given document rather than mixing calls to both.

Return value. Getter: the current flag; False if IPDF invalid. Setter: True if IPDF valid.
