Purpose. Set/get metafile (EMF/WMF) conversion behavior flags, consulted by the metafile-import path (pdfInsertMetafile*, Metafile Insertion (EMF/WMF)) and image-conversion utilities elsewhere in this SDK.

Return value. Getter: the current flags; 0 if IPDF invalid. Setter: True if IPDF valid.
