Purpose. Set an annotation's /BS /D dash pattern (works on any annotation with a border, not just Line), and a Line annotation's /LE start/end decoration style pair (arrows, circles, diamonds, etc).

Parameters.

Parameter	Description
`IPDF`	Document handle.
`Handle`	Target annotation handle.
`Dash`, `NumValues`	(DashPattern only) Dash array.
`LE1`, `LE2`	(EndStyle only) Start/end decoration styles.

Return value. True if Handle resolves; False otherwise.
